To all VMCU Delegates, Nominations for this seasons VMCU Carnival are now open. Associations nominating for the upcoming Neil Wright Under 21 Shield can access the form here  This form is to be returned by October 10. Associations nominating for all other VMCU Competitions can access the required form here  These nominations should be returned by October 16. The VMCU wishes all associations the best for the upcoming season.

PLAYING DATES 2017-18
The following table outlines the first cut playing dates for 2017-18 as agreed at the AGM on 31/7/2017 Clubs should plan for these dates, but be aware that there could be some changes due to ground availability, alternative playing days, number of teams entered by clubs etc. There are ongoing discussions with Western region Cricket Association re Under 15s All Girls competition. VMCU U21 beaten in the VCCL U21 Challenge

The VMCU Under 21 representative took on the Under 21 from the VCCL at Greenvale Reserve, home of the Greenvale Kangaroos CC. On what was an overcast and warm day the toss was made, which the VCCL won and chose to bat. The VMCU skipper in Jordan Hammond (DDCA) opened with the spin of Matthew Cheung (DVCA) and the pace of Josh Dowling (DDCA).
